Please call 1-866-657-0111 or email pickup@gearwash.com to schedule a pickup in the following states:
- Illinois
- Minnesota
- Wisconsin
If we have a van route in your area we will pick-up on our normal schedule. If we do not have a route in your area or if you have a special request, we will assist you in arranging for pickup by a parcel carrier. All other states in the Greater Midwest may contact us to request that a pre-paid shipping label be emailed for shipping.

Request Electronic UPS Returns Shipping Label - Email us at service@gearwash.com or call Gear Wash on 866-657-0111. You will receive an email with the attached Returns Label.
Ground Carriers - We recommend the following carriers for shipping PPE:

- FedEx Ground
- Spee-Dee Delivery - Upper Midwest
Gear Wash Shipping Fee Policy:
- All Shipments: Cost + $5.00 Shipping& Handling Fee
- Residential Deliveries: All carriers have a surcharge for residential delivery verses a commercial address
