PPE Ledger Portal - Online PPE Maintenance History
PPE Ledger Portal is a new service that is available to our contract and high volume customers. The service provides easy-to-use internet access to the maintenance history of our customer's PPE. Customers may check the status of work orders, print invoices and check equipment maintenance and billing history. PPE Ledger Portal is part of our on-going effort to provide value-added services that help our customers manage their PPE inventory.
PPE Ledger Portal links to Gear Wash's custom business process management system, PPE Ledger, which provides complete PPE maintenance tracking and history reporting for the life of the garment to meet our customer's needs for NFPA 1851 compliant reporting.
PPE Ledger meets the basic data needs of our customers and provides robust and flexible reporting capabilities to help our customers address their unique reporting and safety file requirements.Our highly scalable system with 24/7 support ensures that Gear Wash can grow with our customers on-going and changing risk management needs.
Customer without an annual contract may call to request one of our standard history reports, including:
*Invoice History *Equipment Service History by Department *Individual Equipment Item Service History Report *Equipment Work Order Detail
Custom reports are available upon request and may include a one-time fee depending on programming required.
